MSHP Troop I Arrest Report

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported six arrests for the week of July 20-26.

This week’s arrests are:

July 23;  Gerald L. Wallen, 55, Steelville, was arrested on a felony probation and parole District 11 warrant. Willen was held with no bond ant the Crawford County jail.

July 24;  Ray. C. McKinney, 20, House Springs, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for no registration. McKinney was held on bond at the Crawford County jail.

July 25; Robert W. Hartzell, 29, Steelville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-DWI, failed to dim headlights, driving while suspended, no seat belt and no proof of insurance. 

 July 25; Frederick S. Ritchey, 44, Beckemeyer IL, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road. Ritchey was released on a court summons.

 July 25; Kelly K. Potter, 25, St. Louis, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-first offense. Potter was released on a court summons. 

July 26;  Adam N. Morgan, 34, St. James was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Morgan was released on a court summons.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported 12 arrests for the week of July 27-Aug. 2, 2015.

This week’s arrests were:

July 27; George F. Bueker, 59, Pacific, was arrested for driving while intoxicated-DWI and leaving the scene of an accident. Bueker was held at the Pacific PD and later released.

July 27; Philip C. Ward, 32, Fenton, was arrested for DWI-drugs. Ward was held at the Franklin County jail and later released.

July 28; Dylan L. Williams, 22, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear-FTA for no valid license and a Pacific PD warrant for no state vehicle license. Williams was held on bond at the Franklin County jail.

July 29; Thomas A. Wright, 34, Union, was arrested for felony DWI drug intoxication and possession of Morphine and Xanax. Wright was held at Mercy Hospital in Washington and later released.

July 30; Lisa C. Buie, 51, Luebbering, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for driving while revoked. Buie was held on bond at the Franklin County jail.

July 30; Michael T. Wieners, 55, Robertsville, was arrested for DWI, possession of up to 35g of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Wieners was held at the Mercy Hospital in St. Louis and later released.

July 31; Debra M. Abbass, 56, Union, was arrested for DWI. Abbass was held at the Franklin County jail.

July 31; David A. Stanley, 57, Villa Ridge, was arrested for DWI. Stanley was held at the Franklin County jail.

July 31; Michael W. Welch, 17, Villa Ridge, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear-FTA no seat belt, speeding, no insurance and driving while suspended. Welch was held on bond at the Franklin County jail.

July 31; Carl F. Oliver, 47, Cuba, was arrested on patrol charges of DWI-drugs, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. Oliver was held at the Franklin County jail.

Aug. 1; Tristan S. Gill, 20, Nashville, was arrested for DWI. Gill was held at the Mercy Hospital in Washington and later released.

Aug. 1; Mark A. Duncan, 51, Lonedell, was arrested for DWI. Duncan was held at the Franklin County jail and later released.

The Missouri State Highway patrol, TroopI Crawford County, reported five arrests for the week of Aug. 3-9.

This week’s arrests are:

Aug. 5; Willam D. Kennedye, 43, Norman, OK, was arrested for driving while intoxicated – DWI. Kennedye was held at the Crawford County jail.

Aug. 8; Bryan S. Tedder, 41, Bonne Terre, was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for unlawful possession of a firearm, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance-meth and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia-meth. Tedder was held at the Crawford County jail.

Aug. 8; Nicholas P. Guffey, 28, Pacific, was arrested for DWI-first, speeding and a warrant from Franlin County for failure to appear-speeding. Guffey was held on bond at the Crawford County jail.

Aug. 9; Matthew A. Mueller, 22, Cuba, was arrested for felony distribution of controlled substance-heroin, felony distribution of controlled substance-meth, felony distribution of controlled substance-hallucinagen, possession of controlled substance-barbiturate, misd. possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, failure to drive on right half of roadway and no seat belt. Mueller was held at the Crawford County jail.

Aug. 9; Sara N. Bishop, 17, Union was arrested for  felony possession of controlled substance-barbiturate, misd. possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Bishop was held at the Crawford County jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported four arrests for the abbreviated week of Sept. 1-4.

This week’s arrests were:

Sept. 1; Leslie D. Weiler-Gomes, 41, Bourbon, was arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated-DWI drugs and failure to drive on right half of roadway. Weiler-Gomes was held at the Cuba PD and later released.

Sept. 3; William F. White, 53, Cuba, was arrested for alleged failure to yield to an emerency vehicles with lights and sirens activated, driving while suspended, failure to drive on right half of roadway and failure to signal. White was held at the Crawford County jail.

Sept. 3; Mark A. Palmer, 34, Cuba, was arrested for alleged possession of a controlled substance-amphetamine and failure to wear a seat belt. Palmer was held at the Crawford County jail.

Sept. 4; Jacob Z. Thomas, 26, St. Clair, was arrested on a Franklin County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear – no insurance, misdemeanor marijuana up to 35g, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, no insurance and no seatbelt. Thomas was held at the Crawford County jail and later released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported eight arrests for the abbreviated week of Sept. 1-4.

This week’s arrests were:

Sept. 1; Shayne A. Fitzgerald, 20, Pacific, was taken into protective custody/impaired by narcotics. Fitzgerald was held at the Franklin County jail and later released.

Sept. 1; Eric W. Sullivan, 37, Union, was arrested on the patrol charge of alleged DWI-drugs. Sullivan was held at the Franklin County jail and later released.

Sept. 2; Branden J. Brown, 17, Union, was arrested on the patrol charges of alleged violation of zero-tolerance law, minor in possession of alcohol and property damage. Brown was held at the St. Clair PD and later released.

Sept. 3; Paul D. Armistead, 17, St. Clair, was arrested on the patrol charges  of alleged possession of marijuana up to 35g, minor visibly intoxicated, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and property damage. Armistead was held at the St. Clair PD and later released.

Sept. 4; Heather R. Palmer, 18, Washington, was arrested on a Franklin County warrant for speeding. Palmer was held on bond at the Franklin County Jail.

Sept. 4; Michael  A. Vadala, 45, Arnold, was arrested on patrol charge of alleged DWI. Vadala was  released at the scene.

Sept. 4; Keith . Straatmann, 46, St. Louis was arrested on the patrol charge of alleged DWI. Straatmann was released at the scene.

Sept. 4; Billy G. Snow, 23, Villa Ridge, was arrested on th patrol charge of alleged felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. Snow was released on scene.
